On Running A Marathon
In March 2009, I decided I would run NYC Marathon in November.
By that time, I was used to run around 30k per week, and have never run more than 8/ 10 k all together, and never for more than an hour. A marathon, is 42.2k (26.2 Miles), and most people finish a marathon in 4 to 5 hours.
